Restore confidence in movement.
Our philosophy is to listen closely, evaluate thoughtfully and discuss an individualized plan based on the patient’s symptoms, history and needs.
From the football field and wrestling mat to the golf course
Dr. Retodo played high school football and competed in wrestling. Today he plays golf. His experience in team sports, contact sports and golf gives him a personal appreciation for training demands, physical performance and the frustration of time away from activities because of pain or injury.
He brings this perspective to sports injury assessments—from athletes and recreational players to workers whose jobs require strength, repetitive movement, flexibility and endurance. His focus is on evidence-informed evaluation and individualized plans aimed at safe activity and functional recovery.
Movement matters at every age
From competitive athletes to weekend golfers, activity and mobility are central to an individualized recovery plan.
